This past weekend we went camping to Soapstone with my sister and her family. It was so pretty there. The flowers were amazing. The meadows were so full of flowers that they were yellow. The sunsets were also pretty.
The first day we just hung out, went on four wheeler rides, and let the kids play. My brother-in-law was wonderful with the kids. He helped them shoot his bb gun, took them on hikes, and took them pot gut hunting.
Caleb and Brylee had a lot of fun playing together.
They also had fun playing on their own. Caleb thought it would be fun to walk around with a bucket on his head, while Brylee put on a show singing on her stage.
The next day we decided to go to a lake. We drove to Trial Lake and it was so busy that there wasn't anywhere to park. So, we kept driving on to Mirror Lake. It was also busy but we found a parking spot so we stayed. We let the kids throw rocks in the lake and let them put their feet in the water. If we were smart we would have brought stuff for them to get more wet, but oh well maybe next time.
