For easter weekend we went camping with my mom's family. We had 10 trailers there. It was kind of fun to have so many people there. The older kids enjoyed riding 4-wheelers and dirt bikes all around camp, the little kids enjoyed playing at camp with their toys, and the adults enjoyed talking around the campfire.

On Saturday we let the kids color easter eggs. My sister-in-law Tracy bought a spill proof dye kit that turned out not to be spill proof. I bought color sticks that looked like q-tips that you draw on the eggs with thinking that they might be a little less messy, but they weren't. The good thing was that we were camping so it really didn't matter how much dye the kids spilled or got all over them.

Later we had an easter egg hunt with the kids. Caleb had so much fun running around searching for eggs. When we were done he wanted to show grandpa his eggs that he had found. On his way to grandpa, he tripped and fell and all of his eggs spilled out of his bucket. Grandpa picked Caleb up and made sure he was ok. He was ok, but he was crying. Then Caleb started to pick up his eggs and while still crying started to sing, "clean up, clean up." It was hilarious.

Sunday morning the Easter Bunny had hid an easter basket for Caleb. I don't think he understood what it was all about, but he liked having Casey help him find his basket and enjoyed what was in it.
