We took the deck off the house a few weeks ago.  We never kept it stained or anything (we're too lazy!) and I was tired of pulling slivers out of Caleb's hands and feet all the time.  It took a couple of weeks to get the yard ready for concrete, but we finally got the concrete done this past weekend.  And the best part is it was all done while I was at work.  Now we just need to wait til next payday,  then we can get stairs up to the back doors done and we also need to get our flower beds and walkways done.  So, we still have a lot of work to do but at least we are in the process of doing it and not still just talking about it.  Here are some pics of the process so far.
