Vegas

Our little trip to Vegas this last week was our first vacation besides camping that we have been on since Caleb was born. Wow, did we learn a lot about traveling with kids.

We learned that DVD players in the vehicle are a life saver!!!

High chairs are a must or they don't eat.

They don't sleep well.

They want to explore and get into everything!

Casey and I didn't care that we were limited on what activities we could do because it's not like there is a lot to do in Vegas unless you want to go to a club or a show, which we wouldn't have done anyway. We were just hoping to spend some time away from home in warmer weather and play in the pool. The temperature was in the high 50's and low 60's. Jacket weather. By the time it warmed up enough in the afternoon to use the pool, Caleb would nap then by the time he woke up the pool would be closed. They had stupid pool hours. They were from 10:30-4:30. I think if we would have been able to use the pool more it would have been more fun. It was nice to get a way and be in warmer weather, but in the end we were glad to come home!
